WHAT IS LEADERSHIP COACHING?
Leadership coaching is a strategic partnership between the client and leadership coach in which the coach empowers the client to clarify goals, create action plans, move past obstacles, and achieve defined outcomes.
WHY DOES IT WORK?
Leadership coaching works because it is individualized to meet each client’s needs. No two coaching engagements are the same. The clients set the stage by defining what they want to achieve. The leadership coach supports them to achieve the goal(s).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Miceli Leadership coaching uses the International Coaching Federation (ICF) model of leadership coaching with all clients. The ICF model is the gold standard in the industry. ICF credential-holders are part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who follow a structured, competency protocol to each coaching engagement.
