WHAT IS LEADERSHIP COACHING?
Leadership coaching is a strategic partnership between the client and leadership coach in which the coach empowers the client to clarify goals, create action plans, move past obstacles, and achieve defined outcomes.
WHY DOES IT WORK?
Leadership coaching works because it is individualized to meet each client’s needs. No two coaching engagements are the same. The clients set the stage by defining what they want to achieve. The leadership coach supports them to achieve the goal(s).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Miceli Leadership coaching uses the International Coaching Federation (ICF) model of leadership coaching with all clients. The ICF model is the gold standard in the industry. ICF credential-holders are part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who follow a structured, competency protocol to each coaching engagement.
ONE-ON-ONE LEADERSHIP COACHING
One-on-one leadership coaching provides leaders with tools and strategies to grow and develop in actionable ways. The focus of the sessions is on identifying and developing the leaders’ strengths and areas of desired improvement to achieve greater performance and enhanced career satisfaction.
The approach is individualized for each client. No two client engagements are the same. Each client determines the long- and short-term goals he/she wants to focus on during the coaching engagement.
A typical coaching engagement spans a 10-week period comprised of 45-minute sessions. Between sessions, the clients may choose to pursue additional work to support the goals they are working toward.
Each coaching engagement focuses on the achievement of a short-term goal which support the long terms goal or goals the clients are striving to meet.
